Reporter the panel of three judges on the ninth Circuit Court of appeals, two democrats, and one republican, came to a unanimous conclusion in their ruling they rejected the summations claim that President Trump has authority to act on National Security matters without review by judges. The judges said neither the Circuit Court nor our court has ever held that courts lack the authority to review executive action in those arenas for compliance with the constitution. And as i said, as we have said, from day one, that those laws apply to everybody in our country, and that includes the president of the United States. One project thats underway is the renovation of all of the city public housing, and another goal is to provide more affordable housing. As mayor, he says a fun part of the job is participating in the Chinese New Year parade, an event he has enjoyed for deck kids as a behindthescenes volunteer since 1994. He said he helped set up booths and work logistics. Lee says his favorite part is the audience. I love going through the crowds and seeing the different ethnic faces of all the crowds, seeing the 10yearolds. Reporter whether lee is working the parade, or at city hall, meeting the conditions of running San Francisco, or out greeting constituents, he takes it all in stride. Some critics suggest the mayor has forgotten his roots, but he tells us he wants to be known as the proud son of immigrant parents, who lander to listen, observe, and unify.
