Sexually harassed her and made inappropriate remarks that he wanted to date her. My response to the university statement, calling it out. The statement says that the allegations were eventually substantiated after he was suspended for two weeks without pay and he had to go through diversity training. It goes on to say that another allegation came to light from 2014 and the school said that after an extensive investigation the allegations were not substantiated. Laker believes the school is failing the students. There is no indication of a sincere commitment or lawful one to address these issues. The school protected the harasser and rewarded the harasser. We reached out to the professor and did not hear from him but we did hear from his attorney who told us that the first investigation was flawed and that her client had been vindicated. I understand there is a prior finding against the doctor, but the complete story is not out there.
