Its reported as an injury crash and fire is going on the way with this white fan on the roof. So far, no slowdown but we will keep an eye on it for you. It just happened. Looking at the bay bridge hill plaza, the traffic is moving along relatively well with little delay and in san jose, 280 traffic is looking good. The prosecution took the evidence that the body was never found and it was an aggravating factor stating that she extinguished her life and left no trace behind for her family. They told jurors that the guilty verdict ensures Garcia Torres will die in prison. The only question is whether Natural Causes behind bars or by lethal injection. The time is 4 36 and the families of 18 of the 36 people killed, in the ghost ship warehouse fire, have consolidated their lawsuits. It feels wrong that so many people died. The amended complaint was filed yesterday in Alameda County superior court. The plaintiffs sue the buildings owner and manager along with the new defendant, pg e. They exhibited a willful and blatant disregard for the safety of people who came to the building and those who live there. A 20yearold man was arrested tuesday in connection with a Fatal Shooting in fairfield in march. After several weeks, they identified the suspect as Jefferson Terrell from fairfield. He was arrested on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. He is accused of fatally shooting 51yearold, Raymond Lee Mcdonald of fairfield on march 14th and is now being held at the Solano County jail. The San Francisco judge dropped all Assault Charges against a man who had a service dog that was shot by Police Officers. The shooting happened two months ago blocks from the cities st. Patricks day parade. An officer was directing traffic and said a pit bull lunged at him and he shot the dog in the leg. He was charged with two felony accounts of assault on an officer and assault with a deadly weapon, the weapon being his dog. He spent the next 16 days in jail while the dogs leg had be amputated and he said he might now sue the police department. You know, i gave my arm for the dog. The Police Officer said that mr. Merchant said, get him boy to the dog. The dog is a female named pretty girl. I understand the man had only been on the job for four months. So, you know he panicked. Hes said the dog helps him cope with ptsd and life on San Franciscos streets as a homeless man. He has suffered from chronic back pain and depression for years. Documentation was provided to prove that the pitbull was a service dog classified as an emotional support animal. There was no comment from the police, saying there was an impending investigation. A man in San Francisco faces felony charges for allegedly beating a puppy. Officials from the San Francisco animal care said video was captured of a 26year old kicking and beating the puppy over the weekend. The puppy is a 10monthold dog, and its being treated for bruises and abrasions. The man was released on bail for charges of felony animal cruelty. Prosecutors and Santa Clara County set a san jose Police Officer was justified when he shot and killed a man last march. The District Attorney said officer donald goetz acted lawfully [ siren ] when he shot 45yearold byron rosa. The officer shot rosa after he stabbed his estranged wife and her friend, 38yearold Richard Fernandez and fernandez died from his injuries. This agreement is the result of a lawsuit filed by San FranciscoCity Attorney dennis herrera. The california does not allow the sale of magazines with more than 10 rounds. The new law that was passed by voters in the last election which bands the possession of most large grassy magazines takes effect in july. San francisco has become the first and only city in the u. Yesterday the board of supervisors voted unanimously to spend 43 million on programs to create new housing for working families. The money will be coming from measure k.
