The Police Arrested a 14, 16 and 25yearold in connection with those shootings. The prosecutors will review the case today to consider whether the teenagers will be charged as adults. The Pittsburg Police department is accused of hiding misconduct of its police officers. The Contra Costa Public Defenders Office filed motions this week claiming that the Police Department intentionally withheld files from the judges, and the Police Department says it was a mistake. Three are in question, and the misconduct may not be tied to the convictions, but Police Department often share misconduct records with judges so that they can determine whether the information applies to a particular case.
