The prime suspect in the shooting death of a 23yearold san jose woman is due in court today facing charges in the murder of the death of his girlfriend stacy aguilar. He shot her after an argument at a party in hayward back on february 13. Her body was later discovered in fremont. A 31yearold woman has been arrested in a deadly hitand run crash on interstate 80. It happened early yesterday morning in the eastbound lanes near the on ramp. Police say a man had pulled over after a minor accident and got out of his car when police say the suspect hit the man and then took off. The victim was thrown 100 feet off the freeway and into a creek where he was found dead. An off Duty Police Officer saw the hitandrun and followed the suspects car. And the search continues for the gunman in a deadly freeway shooting in richmond. Someone fired at the driver of a silver jeep early saturday morning. The driver drifted off the freeway and crashed on an embankment where he later died. This is 7th freeway shooting along the stretch since november and thats the second thats been deadly. There are new developments this morning in a fight between self proclaimed ku klux klan members and counter protestors in anaheim this weekend. Police have released five clan members because evidence shows they acted in selfdefense. Several people were seen beating stomping and attacking the clans men and they erupted after the members arrived at a park on saturday for a planned anti immigration rally. The fight basically broke out on the street and then the guys from the clan jumped in their suv and took off and then three of their clans men were left behind and then the fight escalated down the street. The seven people who remain in custody were booked for assault with a Deadly Weapon and also face charges of elder abuse for attacking a clan member who was older than 65. One of those arrested and later released was a 51yearold man from San Francisco, charles donor. At least four people were taken to the hospital, three had been stabbed one stomped on. All of the people who are injured are in stable condition. People living in a small town in kansas are mourning the deaths of four People Killed in last weeks shooting rampage. [singing] last night hundreds of people packed a gym in kansas. 14 cannedms were lit to candles were lit to honor the people who died and were injured in the shooting. Cedrick ford opened fire in a factory last week. He was angry about a protection order from a former girlfriend. The death of a twoyearold girl is being investigateth from over the weekend. Authorities got a 911 call early sunday morning that the toddler was not breathing thank you child was rushed to the hospital where she died. The circumstances of her death were not immediately clear. Homicide detectives were called in to investigate but the paper reports it is standard protocol for any sudden death of a child in santa clara county. Regardless of whether or not theres any evidence of possible foul play. Recovery teams in the sierra have recovered the bodies of two men after their canoe capsized in donor lake. It happened friday during a period of strong winds and choppy water. Divers recovered the remains of the 33 and 34yearolds in about 60 feet of water over the weekend. Both men were from the foothills. Police say neither man was wearing a life jacket. Campus Police Arrested two burglary suspects. Nwi times says some agents are seeing low ticket prices for destinations such as puerto rico and bookings to areas in the zika zone have fallen by 10 just this month. One survey found as many as a quarter of travel agents have had younger travelers change plans to avoid areas where the virus is often found because of a pregnancy. Well an act of congress could soon stop airlines from shrinking seat size and leg room on airlines.
