You can see traffic on the eastshore freeway between the carquinez bridge and the macarthur maze, about a 25 minute drive. All in all not too bad for this time of the morning. When you get to the bay bridge toll plaza, you will see slow traffic and a lot of it. 30minute plus drive time getting into San Francisco. San jose, northbound 101 near 280 im sorry, near the capitol expressway, there is a crash. 85 is not bad. Neither is highway 17 or 280. As we move along to the eastshore freeway, traffic is beginning to get busy in hercules and richmond. Back to the desk. Thank you, sal. Its a tense morning in one town in the east bay. Police in danville are increasing patrols around schools following violent threats specifically mentioning todays date. Ktvus Tara Moriarty joins us live from Baldwin Elementary School which was the target of the latest threat. Tara, we understand you just spoke to a School District official about this latest threat. Reporter yeah, he basically confirmed that they think this is some sort of a copycat type of a thing from the original message that popped up last week. But the School District officials are taking every precaution necessary. Weve noticed a Police Officer here on campus. The teachers have not arrived yet to school, neither have the kids. But we did notice a group here earlier on the grounds. We did notice the Police Officer arrive quite early and patrol the area. The graffiti was found scrawled inside the boys bathroom on campus in the multipurpose building. Its the latest in a string of messages threatening to kill people today. Last week, less than a mile away at charlotte middle school, threatening graffiti sprayed in yellow paint was found on a rock in a creek bed. It said i will kill 12 people on 5 8 14. Additional threats have been painted or markerred on walls in different spots. One parent said hes planning to send his kid to School Despite the fact that parents and students are concerned. It will be interesting to see what our attendance is like. You know, people some people we know are choosing to keep their kids at home. We understand that. Its a personal family choice. But at the same time, we dont have any reason to believe that any of our schools are at risk today. Reporter according to a letter sent out by baldwins principal, yesterday afternoon, police did catch someone responsible for at least one of the threatening messages. Again, Police Believe a copycat could be at work here and they are looking for the person who originally spray painted that first threat. Well try to get some reaction from parents this morning. They have been invited to stay here on campus. In speaking with the School District, he said the Community Rallies together with this sort of thing and would not be surprised if a lot of parents chose to stick around today. Were also continuing to follow developing news in sunnyvale, where firefighters are searching for a couple of still missing of a couple still missing after an Early Morning fire. This is a live look at the scene where firefighters have entered the mobile home that burned within the last hour. They say the couples middle aingeed son, who is dis middleaged son, who is disabled, made it out safely. Theyve been unable to to locate the couple. Its sad. Theres people missing. Janine de la vega has been at the scene since 4 30. Well have a live report coming up in the next halfhour. Happening today president obama is coming here to the bay area this afternoon. He will attend two fundraisers in Silicon Valley. The president s first stop, a tech round table. Its a fundraiser at the los altos home at the ceo of the tech company 23 and me. Then hell go to a fundraiser at the Mountain View headquarters of y. You are looking at the president at steven spiel bergs Foundation Last flight in los angeles. Tomorrow, he will talk about Energy Efficiency at a Walmart Store in Mountain View. In the meantime, activists protesting the Keystone Pipeline, they plan to demonstrate outside the president s fundraisers in Silicon Valley today. Now, this is video of previous protests over the Keystone Pipeline when the president was in San Francisco. That pipeline would carry oil from canada to a town in nebraska on its way to the gulf coast. The Obama Administration announced last month it would indefinitely delay a decision on the pipeline because a legal challenge to the projects route through nebraska, its before that states supreme court. 7 07. San jose police are dealing with a growing crime problem that is draining their resources. Police are responding to more and more fires at homes and apartments with illegal marijuana farms inside. San jose police estimate there are at least 100 of the so called pot grow houses across the city. Those homes often go up in flames due to shoddy attempts to bypass electrical meters. These pot grow fires are keeping Police Officers away from from more pressing priorities such as tracking violent criminals. A setback for the states plan to issue drivers licenses to undocumented immigrants. The department of Homeland Security has rejected californias proposed design for the licenses. Ten states, including california, enacted laws last year, allowing undocumented immigrants to apply for a drivers license. The state is asking the department of Homeland Security to reconsider its decision. 7 08. Happening now well, its the 20th year of bike to work day and were right in the middle of the morning rush but some people are riding a bike instead. That includes ktvus alex savidge. Hes live at the Golden Gate Bridge and youve been showing us your skills on the stationary bike. But things are reporter dave, im im proud of you. Reporter thank you very much. They cut me off. There are hundreds of these around the bay area as part of bike to work day. You see all of these people who ride their bikes all of the time into office. And they say its a great way to go. Its fun, its healthy. A lot of people are doing it today. They are ditching the car for the 20th anniversary of bike to work day. Just a little while ago, we talked to a gentleman. He was making his commute from marin county into the city. I asked him how he wakes up every day and gets motivated to hop on the bike. Ride with the big, fat guy. We have breaking news right now from sunnyvale. Weve been telling you about a fire at a mobile home park. We have just gotten confirmed two bodies were found inside that burnedout mobile home. I think right now, were focusing on taking a look at the fire scene and trying to determine where the cause started and that will give us some areas to discuss some of the other information. And then thats always difficult to determine based upon, you know, location and conditions. Youve been listening live to a press conference that is taking place in sunnyvale. So once again, we have confirmed right now that the bodies of a missing couple were found in a burnedout mobile home inside the cape cod Village Mobile Home Park in sunnyvale. The couples middleaged son, who is disabled, did make it out safely. They are still trying to determine the cause of the fire. Firefighters are still trying to figure out what sparked a fire in a homeless encampment near a berkeley marina. It burned bins yesterday afternoon. Crews rescued one homeless man. He suffered only minor injuries. Smoke from the fire also slowed freeway on freeway 80. A new scandal in washington, d. C. Involving on the job misconduct by a government worker. This one reportedly spending hours watching pornography. A Congressional Committee heard testimony about the incident yesterday. Investigators detailed how a sixfigure employee at the Environmental Protection agency admitted to spending two to six hours a day looking at porn sites on his work computer. Lawmakers were angry when they were told not only was the employee not fired but that he had been given performance awards. The house of representatives will hold a former irs employee in contempt. Lois learner is accused of not cooperating with the investigation into the investigation of the tea party and other conservative groups. She refused to testify and cited her fifth amendment right. If convicted, she faces a year in jail and a fine up to 100,000. Drivers in San Francisco who usually take the last exit before crossing the Golden Gate Bridge will have to pay close attention starting this sunday or else it will cost you a chunk of change. The northbound highway 101 exit is being moved about 1,000 feet southeast of where it is now. Its just temporary. Its part of the doyle drive retrofit program. This shows the new alignment. If you miss this temporariy exit, you temporary exit, you will have to cross the bridge, pay the 7 toll and come back to San Francisco. As a matter of fact, its been very typical. But typical for this time of the morning is slow. Bay bridge toll plaza, the commute here is not all that bad as you can see traffic san mateo bridge, i should say, its about an 11minute drive time across the bay over to foster city and the peninsula. I want to mention that 680 southbound from concord to walnut creek is slow and then getting into alamo. Your highway 4 drive will be mostly slow as you drive from antioch over to concord. Give yourself plenty of time, especially here getting into baypoint. 7 19. Lets go to steve. All right, sal. Thank you, sir. Pretty picture. Some blue. Coming up, pam cook looks at the new bay area connection to this statewide manhunt. A tragedy leads to action. The new plan to make sure young people are safe on the streets of oakland. 7 23. The family and friends of a 13 yearold boy shot and killed in oakland on new years eve want to make sure other young people can travel safely to and from their daily activities. Lee whethersby was shot as he walked home from a party from the boys and girls club on new years eve. Theres now money being raised for a bus ride to carry kids. The goal is to raise money to honor him at the graduation ceremony. Well share more with you now of the conversation that ktvus chief meteorologist bill martin had with president obama at the white house this week about Climate Change. The bill was one of only five meteorologists from around the nation invited to the white house who were briefing on a new comprehensive government report about the effects of Climate Change and bill talked one on one with president obama, specifically about the reports conclusion that california needs to get ready for worsening drought conditions. Were gonna have to think much more systematically about how water is used, and that involves not just california. Were gonna have to have conversations between california, colorado, utah, nevada, you know, all of those western states. Now, more than 300 scientists contributed to the governments Climate Change report. They say effects are already being felt here in the u. S. With rising sea levels, shorter winters and warmer nights. 7 25. New buzz about oakland becoming a technology hub. About 900 people attended this weeks twoday splash conference in oakland. Its an event where hightech startups try to get the attention of conver con venture capitalists. Oaklands low cost housing makes it an attractive alternative to San Francisco. Apple says the head of north american sales is leaving the company. The cupertinobased tech giant wont say when or why hes leaving. His departure comes days after angela arnst took over as head of retail and online stores. Linkedin could be bringing 13,000 new jobs to Mountain View. The professional networking site is planning to expand its headquarters and wants to build several New Buildings in the area known as the North Bayshore near moffett field. Linkedin says it could take time to work out details and get the approval. They recently added offices in San Francisco and sunnyvale. 7 27. They keep coming despite a ban. Neighbors say tour buses keep driving by San Franciscos iconic painted ladies. The reason drivers are likely ignoring the ban. You are looking at some live times that are becoming more robust. Right now on the eastshore freeway approach, you can see from the carquinez bridge to the macarthur maze about a 30 minute drive. Several people have noticed has it become slower getting to the bay bridge in the last few weeks . Maybe the last month . Lets take a look at the toll plaza. 580 is very slow. 880, that ramp getting onto the bridge has been noticeably slower. Its not an accident thick. Its more people thing. Its more people showing up. Theyve kind of reconfigured some lanes. I dont think thats the entire thing. I think more people are using the bridge. We have a big backup. 30minute plus delay into San Francisco. No major problems once you get on the bridge. South bay commute finally getting slow traffic on 85 after 87. 280 is slow through downtown. 101 is getting slow by the time you reach sunnyvale, you will be in stopandgo traffic on the way up to Mountain View. Back to the desk. Sal, thank you. Were still following breaking news in sunnyvale. We have just learned two people have been found dead inside a burned mobile home in sunnyvale. Its happening at the cape cod Village Mobile Home Park. Janine de la vega has been on the story since 4 30. You are joining us to tell us what firefighters are saying about the people who live in the home. Janine . Reporter its a very grim mood out here. I just spoke with Sunnyvale Police who is handling this investigation along with their firefighters. And they tell me they dont know who the two people are they found inside. They werent able to determine their genders. Everyone fears its the elderly couple who lives here. Take a look at this home. Its completely destroyed. Sunnyvales department of Public Safety is just beginning their investigation. Flames shot out of the windows. Smoke was billowing near 101 and North Fair Oaks at 2 00 this morning. Police evacuated neighbors as well as a man in his 50s who lives in the home. The fire was knocked down in 20 minutes. No other structures caught fire. But concern quickly turned to that mans parents because they were unaccounted for. Police tried their cell phones all morning. They hadnt been able to locate them. Neighbors say the elderly couples car still parked in the carport which is why everyone was worried. Moments ago, police delivered the bad news. Fire units after they knocked down the fire were able to locate two deceased victims inside the residence. We do not have identities on those persons at this time. But we suspect it could potentially be the parents. The red cross is with the son. They say hes very shaken up and being counseled. Police are also planning on speaking with him. Neighbors have told us that he has a mental disability. So theres been problems communicating with him. Right after the fire started, he had made comments about cooking or possibly his mother cooking but, again, they dont know if that happened last night, another day, this morning. So we dont know if thats the cause. They say they will be out here for most of the day and they may have an update in the next several hours. We also have an update on a story we first reported yesterday morning about a north bay teenager killed in a car crash. Last night, classmates and teachers at rancho cotate held this candlelight vigil for 17 yearold ashley carlson. She died tuesday in a car crash. She was a High School Senior and the mourners called this memorial her graduation. She was willing to help everybody. She had a giggle that would light up the room and a smile that went with it. The chp says excessive speed was the main factor in that rollover crash. Carlsons best friend, 18year old Ashley Kellogg was driving the car. She suffered minor injuries. An 18yearold male passenger in the back seat suffered major but nonlifethreatening injuries. Here is a look at who is most at risk from deadly car accidents. Recent stats show the death rate among male drivers and passengers age 16 to 19 are twice as high as that of females. The centers for disease and control says the risk also goes up when teenagers drive other drive teenagers and the dangers goes up with each additional passenger. The risk of a crash also very high among teenagers who just received their drivers license. The family of a man who was shot and killed as he tried to go into his neighbors apartment accidentally is pushing for criminal charges against the homeowner who shot him. The family of 26yearold Stephen Guillermo made and emegsal plea at the emotional plea at the San Francisco Police Commissioners meeting. They want guillermos neighbor to Face Criminal Charges and are outraged he was released from jail. Investigators say 2003 say guillermo came home from a night of drinking and tried to get in the wrong apartment, even breaking the knob off the door. His family called it an honest mistake. I know whatever you do wont bring his life back but that wont stop me and my family and stephens friends from getting justice. In the california penal code there is a section which protects people who if they are in their own home if they are in reasonable fear of imminent danger, great bodily death, they have the right to defend themselves. Chief suhr said they are still investigating the case. In San Francisco, tour buses are no longer allowed to drive past the famous painted ladies victorian homes but some buses are still doing it. It certainly has become a battle. You cant blame the beauty of this area. Talking about the victorian homes known ax the painted known as the painted ladies. Its beautiful for tourists and residents. Some residents are asking when is enough enough . Despite a rule last year, they still come through here. Todays chronicle outlines the issue thats been a problem for who have lived here for a few years. Last november, you will recall the citys Transportation Leaders prohibited them from driving through saying its become a noise and pollution issue but also a danger for people who walk and cyclists as well. Signs went up around the area but some tour buses continue to move through here and break the rules, if you will, because they know that it really wont be enforced. Some residents according to the paper have tried to physically step in front of the buses and block it. This morning, we spoke with several people who work around here. While some say it remains an issue, others say the situation is getting a little bit better. In the past six months or so, maybe four months since Law Enforcement settle in, the numbers have dropped dramatically. Occasionally there is a bus that will come by usually from out of town. They didnt know if things had changed. Reporter but despite the rule, we found several San Francisco tour Bus Companies that still promote the iconic homes on their website. We should know its up to San Francisco police to enforce the rules but they tell the paper that enforcing 100 tickets to drivers really doesnt rank high on the departments bri orty list departments priority list. And if they do arrive here, the buses are typically gone by the time they get here. Before the rule came in place, as many as 50 buses would come through. Large groups would come here to the park as well. Coming up on mornings on 2, well tell you how some of the residents are now enforcing the rules if they do see tour buses come through here. Back to you. More controversy over the common core standards for students across the country, including california. The Chicago Teachers Union has now voted to oppose the new requirements. Union Officials Say Test Preparation takes up too much time and class resources. This lays out specific skills in reading and math that students are expected to master by the end of each grade level. A new report shows 40 of High School Seniors are reading at grade level. Thats according to new results from the National Assessment of Education Progress exam. The tests show a quarter of High School Seniors are performing adequately in math. Theyve not shown improvement in reading and math since 2009. Theres been a cost increase for the key segment that would run between fresno and bakersfield for the high speed rail. The board hopes construction can start by the middle of next year and they say this new cost figure, its an engineering estimate. Its subject to change. California is facing 8500 for every one of the states 38 million residents. Thats debt. This report says the state should first take care of the 74 billion shortfall in the teachers retirement system and then focus on the 65 billion needed for state employee benefits. 7 42. School kids in danville are beginning to arrive at class. Coming up at 8 00, the disturbing threats that police say they simply cannot ignore. A fugitive firefighter accused of murder may be getting closer to the bay area. The items he reportedly has that could make him a real challenge to track him down. Police are warning people in the santa cruz area to be on the lookout for the man they consider armed and dangerous. 55yearold calfire battalion chief Orville Fleming known as mo is accused of stabbing and strangling his 26yearold girlfriend in their home in sacramento. His abed fire truck was found two miles away from the abandoned fire truck was found two miles from the home. Somebody had to drive him away. Were looking forward to that person coming forward to talk to us. Investigators say his keys were not in the truck. He had cos to fire gate trails and fire lookout stations. They believe he may be using survival food and gear that is stored in the stations. Now, kcra obtained a request for a restraining order that shows fleming is married and that the wife claimed the girlfriend was harassing her and demanding money from her and her family. It was part of a wildlife study. Back in january, researchers from the Santa Cruz Puma project put a tracking collar on the Mountain Lion. They say the Mountain Lion was with its mother in the basin area until a couple of weeks ago when it went out to find its own territory. Researchers believe he crossed interstate 280 monday night and went into Mountain View. He wandered into the Los Altos Hills and downtown Mountain View and at that point in time, hes probably trying to figure out a way to get out but doesnt necessarily know which way is out. This case stood out because Mountain Lions are very active at night, very elusive. The crews eventually tranquilized him and released it outside of the city. The roipers will be researchers will be tracking his movements, hoping he doesnt come back to a densely populated area again. That fire was brought under control within about 20 minutes. An Investigation Continues in oakland into weather endangered birds were killed or hurt by Tree Trimmers in downtown oakland. Animal rights advocates say at least five birds in a colony of herons were knocked to the ground. It happened over the weekend when the contractor trimmed trees near the post office on 13th and alice streets. At least one bird has a broken beak. Its a lookery and they nest colonially and they only nest once a year. Once those babies are gone, thats it. Its really a tragedy. A Congressional Committee heard testimony about the incident yesterday. Investigators detailed how an employee paid six figures at the Environmental Protection agency has admitted to spending two to six hours every day looking at porn sites on his work computer. The lawmakers are pretty angry when they were told about it. Not only was the employee not fired but he had been given performance awards. A new nationwide survey shows more americans favor legalizing marijuana than online gambling. The study finds that 50 of those polled support legalizing medical marijuana but only 27 favor internet gambling which is currently legal in three states, including nevada. And getting over to foster city, of course, a lot of people use the bay bridge and the bay bridge toll plaza 30 minute plus drive time especially on 880 and 580 weve had a lot of complaints of slow traffic there. 580 is still slow in livermore and we also have slow traffic as we mentioned on the dumbarton on the san mateo bridge. Someone asked for the dumbarton bridge. Its very slow especially as you get over to east palo alto. Once you get on the high rise section its slow to highway 101 and then 101 in san jose is very slow getting to it and coming from the south valley. 85 and 280. We had an earlier accident on 580 in livermore. We have one at eden canyon road. No injuries on the crashes but its adding to the slow traffic. Theyve been moved to the shoulder. Southbound 880 at win on. They are moving something out of the lanes. You get the idea. The dumbarton bridge someone said is no picnic either. Its slow all the way across the span to east palo alto. Back to the desk. Were still following developing news from sunnyvale where the bodies of two people have been found inside this mobile home that caught fire during the night. This is at the cape cod Village Mobile Home Park. Janine de la vega has been following this story since 4 30. You are back now to tell us what police are saying about the family that lived there. Good morning, janine. Reporter good morning, dave. Its a very somber mood out here at this mobile home park. Police havent been able to confirm that the couple who lives here are the ones that they found dead inside. But they suspect it may be. You can see they put plywood up to protect the bodies and preserve the scene as they wait for investigators to arrive. This is what it looked like earlier. Flames were shooting out of the windows and smoke was billowing from this mobile home on borregas avenue at 2 00 a. M. This morning. Police investigated neighbors as well as a man in his 50s who lives in the home. The fire was knocked down in 20 minutes no other structures caught fire. Concern quickly turned to the mans mother and her boyfriend because they were unaccounted for. Neighbors say the elderly couples car is still parked in the carport and now that firefighters discovered the body, its shaken up the neighborhood. Im grateful that nothing else burned. Reporter police are interviewing the sun to find out son to find out what happened. There was some trouble communicating with him. Neighbors say he has a mental disability. The red cross is on the scene providing shelter for him and they are counseling him. The Santa Clara County Arson Task Force and investigators from sunnyvales department of Public Safety are expected to arrive in the next hour to start their investigation into how this happened. We have a followup to a story we first reported on yesterdays morning news about a north bay teenager killed in a car crash. Last night, classmates and teachers at rancho cotate in rohnert park held a candlelight vigil for 17yearold ashley carlson. She died in a car crash on tuesday. Mourners called the memorial for the senior her graduation. She was willing to help everybody. She had a giggle that would light up the room and a smile that went with it. Reporter the chp says excessive speed was the main factor in the rollover crash. Carlsons best friend, 18year old Ashley Kellogg, was driving the car. She suffered minor injuries. An 18yearold male passenger in the back seat suffered major but nonlifethreatening injuries. Here is a look at who is most at risk from deadly car accidents. Recent government stats show the death rate among male drivers and passengers, age 16 to 19, are twice as high as that of females. The centers for Disease Control says the risk also goes up when teenagers drive other teenagers and the danger goes up even further with each additional passenger. The risk of a crack is also particularly high among teens who have just received their drivers license. A former San Francisco firefighter accused of driving a fire truck while drunk, hes due back in court this morning. 43yearold Michael Quinn appeared in court last month but his lawyer asked for more time to go over a thousand pages of court documents. The prosecutors say this Surveillance Video you are looking at shows a fire truck driven by quinn hitting a motorcyclist last june. The man survived but suved broken bones and a pudge churked punctured lung. Quinn has been indicted on three felony dui charges. Today the state senate will consider a bill that all cell phones sold in california to have a kill switch. The vote fell two votes short last month. Just this week, apple announced it will no longer oppose the bill. San franciscos supervisor plans to introduce a measure that would require all cell phones and tablets told in the city to come with a kill switch. 67 of all robberies in San Francisco in the first few months of this year involved smartphones. Starting next thursday, nationwide, it will be much easier to report an emergency. You can text 911 as an alternative to placing a phone call. The text is free but there is a drawback. While some counties have already embraced the program by working with wireless carriers. Not every community is equipped to handing the emergency texting. The National Safety transportation board just released a statement saying it will meet again on june 24th to wrap up its investigation into the cause of the daferpter. Three disaster. In San Francisco, a new rule banning tour buses from going past the famous painted ladies victorian homes in alamo square does not seem to be working. You cant blame the beauty of the victorian homes known as the painted ladies. You have the city in the backdrop. Its a very popular tourist attraction. For a while, it got so popular that large tour groups and buses would come through despite a rule prohibiting them coming through, but they still do. Last november, the Transportation Leaders voted to prohibit buses from driving through. They say its become a danger issue. People said they couldnt enjoy the park because large tour groups would be here. New street signs warning of this went up. But some tour bus drivers still break the rules because they know it wont be enforced. We spoke to several people around here. While some say it remains an issue, the situation is getting better. The numbers have dropped dramatically. Occasionally there is a bus that will come by usually from out of town. They didnt know if things had changed. Cant call a police home when its constantly invaded with people leaning out of the bus and things of that nature. We found several San Francisco tour Bus Companies that promote the victorian homes on their website. Many tour Bus Companies follow the rules. Its still a popular tourist destination. The way to get around the rules is by parking the bus a few blocks away. Some Tour Companies say that doesnt sit well for other customers as they have to trek a few blocks to see the holes. Its up to San Francisco homes. Its up to San Francisco police to enforce the rule. But they say enforcing the tickets doesnt rank high on the departments priority list. They respond. We founded four Police Officers on campus. We know that extra officers are at Charlotte Wood middle school up the road as well. Again, most people say they are not concerned about the threat which name today as the day that people will be killed. We talked to a School Official earlier this morning who says that the threats here were scrawled in marker in the boys bathroom in the multipurpose building. Last week, less than a mile away at charlotte middle, basically, graffiti sprayed in a unique yellow shade of paint found on a rock in a creek bed. It said i will kill 12 people on 5 8 14. Additional threats have been painted or markerred on walls in different spots. Most parents believe the threats are not credible. This is some sort of a prank or hoax. Our Police Department is very strong. They are very thorough in their investigation. I believe that they will locate whoever is doing this. I feel really safe at school. All of these police are around and Danville Police are really good. Reporter according to a letter sent out by baldwins principal, yesterday afternoon, Police Caught someone responsible for at least one of the threatening messages. Police believe a copycat could be at work here. They are looking for the person who originally spray painted the first threat. Were learning there is a lot more to this story as the search for a killer continues. 55yearold calfire battalion chief Orville Fleming known as mo is accused of strangling and stabbing his 26yearold girlfriend sara douglas at a home they shared in sacramento. New details are coming out about their relationship. Her friends say that douglas was an escort and the relationship started as a paid agreement. They say fleming became very controlling of her and didnt want her to leash the house. A request for a restraining order shows fleming was also married and that his wife claims the girlfriend was harassing her and her kids demanding money. Investigators say fleming is known for changing his appearance by shaving his head and changing the look of his facial hair. He was barely recognizable to them. It modifies his appearance greatly. Investigators say fleming is an avoid outdoorsman and often goes to the santa cruz mountains, the sierra and yosemite. They say he has keys to fire gates, trails and fire lookout stations and that he may be using survival food and gear that is stored in the stations. There are reports that the girlfriend had a sex tape showing her having sex with flelling and other flelling and other firefighter fleming and other firefighters at an academy where he taught. In the california penal code, there is a specific section which protects people who if they are in their own home if they are in reasonable fair of imminent danger by Great Bodily Injury or death, then they have the right to defend themselves. Walnut creek is making budget cuts and that is not sitting well with some of the people who live there. The city appears to be doing well with its highend shopping areas.
