Anyone with information is asked to call san rafael police. Police say an officers gun went off during an investigation into a stolen car in the north beach. And then he started to drive off. Motion for the vehicle caused it to drive off. And striking the officer in the arm. At that time is when the impact caused the weapon to go off and that suspect then took off. The officer was not seriously hurt. Police say they recovered the car a short time later on clay street. The driver was not found. Investigators say there is though evidence anyone was hit. The San Francisco man that was shot hand killed, his friend said they will carry on. They marched to protest the death of the San Francisco College Student alex niato, they shot and killed him on march 21st at the park. He pointed what looked like a gun at them. It turned out to and taser. And his friend dispute the police account. The ones who were at the scene of alexs death. You know the truth. You know that alex did not point a a taser at you. In the park where the shooting occurred, a group of Police Officers followed them throughout the rally to make sure it didnt get out of hand.
