And had three passengers in the back of his suv and the driver did go to the hospital and the police say may have been caused by glass fragment it is by the broken windows. This happened on the freeway at 2 45 this morning. The passenger out of the sedan leaned out of the right side and began shooting back at the escalade. Now, the chp and Oakland Police are investigating this shooting. When they went to the crime scene. They went to the 580 split and they started gathering evidence. They were able to find a handful of shell casings on the freeway and they have an exclusive interview and said finding the shell casings is like finding a needle in a haystack. We anticipated this. They are not sure of the motive here and the driver in the escalade and his passengers had been coming back from the nightclub.
