Through an investigation, the department of justice spokeswoman told me that they learned that questa was selling drugs and having sexual contact with children. It appears he was solicit children through the internet. Its unknown how long the behavior has been going on. They saw him on the Fire Department. Items were taken from his home which on his Facebook Page lists as san lorenzo. He was gaining trust of children on the job. He was out in the field as well. Im not sure what his job duties were out there, but, yeah, some of these contacts he was making were while he was at work. He was booked in the santa clara jail under sex and drug charges. His Facebook Page lists him as working for the roman Catholic Diocese in 2012. This is an Ongoing Investigation and more charges can be coming depending on if they discover more. Prosecutors say theyre confident about their case even though her body has never been found. Hes being held without bail, a judge is hearing defense motions and set a trial date. Their labrador was exploring their culdesac when someone shot him in the eye. A vet was able to remove the pellet from the eye and the dog is on antibiotics and steroids. Police are investigating the shooting as an act of animal cruelty. One of their neighbors admits owning a pellet gun but has denied shooting the dog.
