Reporter the School Officials and county da said they cannot talk about it due to the rights of the federal Education Rights act that protects the records of minors, attendance, grades in criminal activity cannot be discussed or released. Failure to do so could leave vulnerable to a lawsuit. The schools have a duty to protect their students and they stand in the shoes of the parents that entrust their students to the school every day.
