Turned deadly. It all started at 8 45 this morning when Richmond Police got a call about an argument in the street involving a woman and a man determined to be her estranged boyfriend. The man fired a single shot into the womans head. We spoke to Richmond Police about the tragedy which happened in front of her two young sons. Our officers arrived and they found a car that was stopped near the intersection and when they looked inside the vehicle it appeared that there was a woman that was deceased from a single gunshot wound. I cant even imagine myself as a parent seeing my kids see Something Like that and witness your own mother being killed. I i just my heart breaks for these kids. So those two boys were not physically hurt. They are being interviewed in the company of family members and child specialists. At this point no arrests have been reported. Yes, there have been reports of earlier domestic disputes that can require a police response. We did understand that officers had to go to both their homes. And i asked if there was a retraining order involved. Its also not clear if the suspect who killed this woman is related to the two boys in this car. In San Francisco police are searching for a suspected groper who has been seen riding muni. Our earlier report helped spot the man this morning. Thats right. This morning we aired a photo taken by one of his alleged victims. One of our ktvu viewers says he spotted the man and he called police. I was in disbelief that this was happening on a crowded muni train. Says shes both a witness and a victim to the serial groper on board. The first time i saw him was on march 16th and that was when i saw him assault two women. I was really upset at myself that i didnt do more that time and so the second time was last thursday on march 30th when he did this to me. Michelle who asked we not use her last name says the man rubbed his genitals against her. And then he started yelling at me and verbally screaming obscene things at me. We aired michelles story this morning after she posted the incident. Nicholaus store was watching at home. And i saw his face on tv and i look over to the park and i see him coming across this hill right here and i instantly called the news. Roshg himself rides muni and says hes seen the man himself. Its like the same hat. San Francisco Police took his information but so far the man has not been found. Now after michelle posted on next door about the incident she says several women have reached out to her saying that they as well are victims of the same suspect. In San Francisco lee martinez ktvu fox 2 news. And just over an hour the napa man accused of kidnapping, drugging, and sexually assaulting a 13yearold girl is going to appear in court. They say marvel and the girl smoked marijuana together then he made sexual advances which he rejected. She escaped by jumping out of his truck while driving. Marvel is expected to be charged today. Mountain view police are looking for more potential victims connected to a redwood city man. 31yearold Brandon Yamagata was arrested on thursday. Once in Custody Police say he confessed to having an inappropriate relationship with a teenager. Yamagata was booked on multiple charges. A News Conference is scheduled for 2 00 today for people displaced by last weeks deadly Apartment Fire in west oakland. The fire killed four people and forced more than 80 people out of their homes. Investigators say the fire was started by a burning candle inside the apartment. However, the shelter will end by 7 00 tomorrow morning. Three innocent bystanders were shot including a 65yearold woman who died. Santos was initially booked on spiks of murder and two counts of attempted murder but has now been released and at this time police are not saying why. And tonight Jefferson County School District are announcing. The incident happened at tara nova high school. A female school administrator. Thats when the student told his parents he was told to remove his shirt. She then told him to take off his tshirt and she put her hands like this and told him to spin around or turn around. So she laid her hands on my son. Education code requires a Second School employee to be present during student searches. Its unclear if the administrator will face any discipline. They say they found feces covering a sign. The university of california has seen a drop in International Applicants for the first time in twelve years. The u. C system saw a 1 drop in international freshmans for the fall. After years of increases. The newspaper says the drop coincides at the election of donald trump. People from countries with large muslim populations sent in 10 fewer applications. Under way today a plan to build a Second High School in the city of dublin. The city has said dublin high has reached capacity. More than 6,000 students over the next seven years. Now a year ago the school board agreed to build a Second High School in dublin. Ktvus Paul Chambers stalked with residents with surveillance video. The owner of the vehicle believes the person in the video slasheded his tires hours before he headed to work. Start driving just a few feet down the road and feel somethings not right and i hook out and see my tires flat and then i get out and see my rear tires flat. At least 20 tires were slashed along a half mile stretch. An area that most say is fairly quiet and safe. I looked at my truck and saw i had a flat tire as well. Somebody was in the neighborhood sticking tires. On jason nunez street their tires were slashed as well. Two women here had multiple tires replaced. One of his back tires were slashed. Rigo says hes grateful for the business but not under these circumstances. Just from the four people we spoke with their total for tire replacement is just 2000. One of my car replacements now is going to cost about 600. That brought us down and now two new tires is costing us another 350. Now im out 500 for two tires. Probably close to 500 for us alone. Police say the driver is continuing with the investigation. A family of a san jose man killed in a terrible crash on friday. He was taking his 10yearold daughter to school when he slammed into a semitruck. Police say amazingly the girl was in the backseat and survived. Shes still very shaken up about the sudden loss of her father. Im just broken from all this. Its happened all of a sudden. We dont know why but now hes an angel of god. Investigators are still looking into the cause of the crash. Witnesses say that the driver may have been blinded by the morning sun. Theyre also citing a lack of Traffic Controllers in the busy construction area. And San Jose Police are also investigating say stabbing that injured two people.
