What we know so far is that Healdsburg Police were the first to respond as the call came in shortly after 12 00 noon about a shooting in the southbound lanes of 101. According to the chp two males were driving southbound when another car pulled up beside them and opened fire hitting both the driver and passenger in the white fourdoor sedan. The suspect then sped off while the victims were able to pull over. It was a passing motorist who called for help. We are told the victims were conscious and speaking before they were rushed to the hospital. Investigators have little to go on. This is what the chp told ktvu this afternoon. Starting at 12 15 we received calls of a possible gunshot victim on southbound 101. Healdsburg Police Department were the first on scene. They found the two victims in a car on the right shoulder. What we have determined so far is they were southbound 101 approaching west side road when an unknown vehicle pulled along side, began firing at the drivers side of the victims car. Both the victim and the male passenger were hit. He was able to pull to the right shoulder and stop. Deputies say Andres Sanchez tried to steal three different cars. He failed twice and threatened to kill the driver of third car. That driver got out and sanchez tried driving away but got stuck in heavy traffic. Deputies say sanchez then tried to run off but they were able to catch him quickly. Investigators say lockhart is a psychiatrist employed by ucsf and was allegedly using his employers wifi network to upload child porn. Investigators say they discovered hundreds of individuals yows and images of child porn. In a Statement Released today by ucsf they say it has placed dr. Lockhart on investigatory leave from the Training Program suspending access to all ucsf information systems. Also in San FranciscoPublic Schools will soon begin asking parents to pay for after School Programs that are usually free. Thats because the School District will no longer be receiving millions of dollars in federal money that helped pay for those programs. Thats okay.
