Attorneys for the property manager of the building said the fire did not start in that building. We are at the site of the fire with the new development. The attorneys said they have proof that their client should not face criminal charges. Alameda sheriffs deputies put a drone into the air to search for a missing young woman from tracy. Authorities believe she crashed her car into alameda creek. Ann was there today. Reporter along with first responders, determined family members looked through the banks of the creek looking for any trace of the 18 year old. They found something. Their attention was so focused that this was a miracle that they were able to see that anomaly in the water. Reporter a Law Enforcement drone confirmed tires just beneath the surface. We were working in an area half a mile long. Reporter authorities believe that the teep collided with teen collided with another car and fell into the water. She was on her way from tracy to menlo park. They cannot search the water yet because its too rough. We are going to get the dam shut down which will drop the water levels. Reporter only then can the recovery ert begin, family members said she was a College Student that wanted to be a social worker. They said they will not give up until shes found.
