They say the victim was stabbed in the neck during a fight. The victim managed to walk into the restaurant where he collapsed and died. No arrested have been made. The man accused of killing two people during a Home Invasion in the south bay was in court this afternoon. Hes facing two counts of murder one with special circumstances. The charges stem from an incident on wednesday he and an accomplice killed a man inside his home. Deputies say redmond led police on a high speed chase that ended in a crash and passenger in the car ended up dying.
