Watching the surf report and the swells and it sounds like stuff will come in thursday and through the weekend. The swells were not that big this afternoon. In fact a perfect day to bring the family to enjoy the weather. But the condition in the forecast later this week that has people on halfmoon bay pumped about the one day invitational competition will take place on friday with 24 of the worlds best surf ers expected to be on hand. The big wave guys are so tuned up, they are ready. They will be going hard. Since since the wave washed ashore in 2010. Spectators captain watch it from the beach but are directed to watch it online. Competition will have more cameras than in years past. You will see all kinds of angles. We will have it all covered. The crab season has been hard for fishermen and now relief is on the way as Tori Campbell reports a new plan in San Francisco could help the fishermen weather the season.
