The officers say that he jumped up and stole the idling police vehicle. He drove off hitting three cars near the toll plaza. The 28yearold is not a criminal or a threat. He had been doing something wrong. He just needs help. Thats all i can say that he just needs help. This was the second time since someone has stolen that police cruiser. The officers nationwide were leaving those vehicles idling at the emergency scene. And the Police Department said that they are considering updating their entire fleet with new equipment to prevent thefts. Police say that they are increasing patrols in the area of sacramento street. After a series of shootings. Just last night a 19yearold man was shot and killed there when the gunman fired into a crowd of people, which happened at 7 30 on fairview streets about two blocks away from the ashby bart station.
