Three people from the east bay are under arrest in San Francisco for forcing a teenager into prostitution. She told San Francisco police she had been forced into commercial sex. Officers from the mission station and the Department Special victims unit quickly launched an investigation. Police say they arrested three suspects in the mission which is known for prostitution. The three suspects arrested the on Human Trafficking and kidnapping and pimping and conspiracy. One suspect was identified as 21yearold randy stova l with rape. The body of a missing man from campbell has been found. 28yearold kyle myrick has been missing since last friday. His body was discovered near Jamison Creek road. He used to Mountain Bike there. Myrick worked at gp sports in san jose. Last saturday Police Arrested his coworker, 39yearold steve lebo on suspicion that he killed myrick. It is raining and the traffic is diverted and the people that work here in the financial district. A lot of people are avoiding it all together and maybe not driving and commuting by ferry. I did talk to folks at the law firm at 3 embarcadero and they said they were doing flex scheduling to avoid this and allowing people to work from home. It is a mess. No question about it. The chargers announced that they will play the 2016 year in san diego in an attempt to find a longterm stadium. The chargers reached an agreement in principle with the rams to share a stadium in englewood. San diego has until january 15th 2017 to exercise the option. The door is open for the raiders to possibly move to los angeles but first the chargers need to decide what they are going to do. In the meantime raiders owner mark davis is in las vegas for a meeting about possibly moving the team this comes as sheldon addalson will build a stadium on land owned by unv. According to a paper representatives of the Stadium Group arranged the meeting with davis. A couple had a large oak street fall on their house at one in the morning. Places like san rafael and north up to a halfinch to two inches of rain and more further north and south san jose it is just trace amounts. Everybody else about a tenth of an inch. The showers will slip tonight and early tomorrow morning and should be out of here. In the mountains you will see snow and the levels are high as evidence that the purple areas representing the Higher Elevations with snow and green representing rain and we are seeing rain at high elevations at pass level. A large manhunt is under way for the remaining two escapes and they may have been spotted in san jose. At least ten people have been arrested now in connection with their escape. All three men have been beyond bars waiting trial for separate crimes. Their escape was the first in nearly 30 years from the orange counties jail. The family of a uc berkeley Soccer Player is suing a Southern California fraternity for his death. 19yearold roy vasquez was at a party last march. It has sunk more than two feet from the road level on a road that itself is also sinking. Unfortunately our home has been demolished but there is a larger issue. The owner of this house. It is obvious immediate disaster but for the people close by, beside above and below, it is a very dangerous wait and see. Four other homes have been tagged by the city. Because they have had movement. The house on the right shows substantial damage to its foundation and its supporting soils. The house on the left less so. However, the soil beside the house and in the backyard split open and some of them move down. Possible causes the removal of trees. Or major road work to replace a gas pipeline or replacing of new underground water cisterns higher up. We have to find the cause. A professor of Geo Technical engineer at berkeley. Generally the slope is the problem because you are starting to collect water in that area. That area eventually will get soaked and the soil will get weaker. Once the rain soaks in. Then runoff begins flowing where gravity leads it to cause new erosions. Yes, the movement can go both down slope but actually upslope as well. Careful because this is still a very much moving landslide that could accelerate and made worse with el nino rains. You feel bad for the homeowners but especially that guy that bought that house for two Million Dollars less than four months ago. What happens to that money, tom . Is he out that money . He is out of the money at the moment and the reason because it is almost impossible to buy the land insurance and slide insurance and if you could buy it, it is extremely expensive but if anybody above him, if anybody below him or beside him or even the city did something to alter the water flow on that land or underneath the land, then there is a cause of action that can flow which means a long haul in court but it is possible to recover. We are kind of the north bay is getting significant rain up to an inch in some places but the heaviest rain is far Northern California and now it is going to switch on sunday and it will drop down to sarn california. Thats monterey and we will see showers tomorrow morning and again on sunday and not the copious amounts. A few lingering showers making for a bit of a wet afternoon commute obviously and just enough rain to slow you down. It is not raining hard but it is definitely wet on the roads and thats friday afternoon commute and i know a lot of people bail early on friday. Maybe the drive wont be that bad. The snack bar at the cal ripken youth baseball field is ready for the Upcoming Season thanks to dozens of volunteers who stepped up to the plate after vandals all but destroyed it. About three weeks ago vandals apparently broke through padlocks smashing everything in sight and for good measure they threw things around and the equipment was vandalized and stolen. No one arrested and the damage put the Baseball Program in jeopardy and hit the news and struck a cord in the community. Breaking news about those three escaped inmates from los angeles in the past hour the Orange County sheriff says two of the inmates are believed to be in the san jose area. According to the sheriff they may be heading down to fresno. The third escapeee bac duong turned himself in. He said where the other two inmates were hiding and had been with them yesterday. They made a daring escape from the maximum jail three week ago waiting for separate crimes. Ten people have been arrested in connection with their escape. The escape was the first in nearly 30 years from the Orange County jail. Officials say it took the jail staff 16 hours to realize the men were missing.
