He didnt want to go into details about what happened but he did say he is happy there has been a person detained in relation possibly the shooters in this case. The shooting happened around 4 30 last night in the a park on the north side of the city. Three men got into a verbal argument and someone over hearing that argument called 911. But the time officers arrived they found two men shot. One of them already dead. The second man died at the hospital. The Shooter Police believe fled in a vehicle. At this point we believe it is one suspect and it was related that they knew each other. What the relationship is we dont know for sure. Around 9 00 officers received a tip as to the possible location of the shooter. They detained a man near the spring golf course. They falled short of calling him a suspect or person of interest. Just saying they detained a man. Police tell us this is normally a quiet neighborhood and nobody is at all threatened this morning and they did say they have all of their detectives working this case. A 27yearold man is waiting to be extradited from arizona to Sonoma County to face charges in the brutal killing of an 84 yearold woman in penn grove. Victor silva is one of two men arrested over the weekend in connection with ill georgias death. Silva was arrested during a Wild Police Chase from river side county to arizona. Investigators say he was with an unidentified woman. Police say the chase got up to 130 miles an hour. They fired shots at other carrs and fired at an officer putting down spike strips. Now the victims brother lived with her in penngrove and deborah talked with him. She has his reaction to the swift capture and killing of one of the suspects. I was so glad. Put those men in jail.
