Tyrell duncan is facing multiple charges including assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run, and driving without a license. Duncan stole a truck from a construction site. It shows the truck smashing vehicles, driving on sidewalks, and going the wrongway on a one way street. Firefighters ultimately tackled duncan after he ran from the truck.
