Dogs picked up the scent this morning and spotted it and chased it up a tree. They shot and killed the animal. If the cat was tranquilized it would have suffered a fatal fall from the tree. Officials are 99 sure the same Mountain Lion is the one that attacked the boy. The animal was taken to sacramento for testing. Tonight we are hearing from the family of the only person to die from the napa earthquake. Laurie Anne Thompson died from a head injury she suffered when a television fell on her.
