A Santa Cruz County man is under arrest accused of molesting four children. The Sheriffs Department says Steven Wiseman was a Foster Parent for years and did volunteer work at schools. Thats because the new charges are being added to a long list of previous charges that could put the suspect behind bars for life. For neighbors it was bad enough the neighbor illegally sold snakes from his garage but his crimes got much worse. Wiseman was out on bail after arrested for molesting children and was rearrested after a fourth victim came forward, this time a 10yearold boy. All the cases we have investigated have taken place prior to our investigation. Reporter wiseman has been charged with four counts of molestation of children under the age of 14. Wiseman was a foster father for 16 years but investigators will not comment on if any foster children were victimized. But the Sheriffs Department says it believes wiseman looked for victims by volunteering at schools. The fact that he used his power of authority to get what he wanted. Two operators of the union city Waste Management company have been arrested for improperly disposing of waste. Hayward and seaton were arrested on february 11th. Bringing water from the Sacramento River to the fulsome canal connecting it to the river where east bay mud gets its water. The water then flows to san pablo ready to use if needed. California farmers got their chance today to weigh in on the states plan to restrict water deliveries during the drought. A public workshop was held in the matter in sacramento. On january 31st.
