Word is both devices are Pressure Cookers, that they were certainly similar in construct. Reporter the new york Police Bomb Squad used a robot to remove the unexploded device and take it to a lab to be examined for dna, fingerprints, and significantly, the registration were doing so intelligently and moving forward. That evidence could be crucial to the case. But the device was set to go off off with those runners were passing. It looks fairley likely just based on some of the evidence found on scenes, but thats one of the first things. If they are connected, its a major case, its a bigger, complex investigation and they have to pursue every angle in both locations. The person or persons that would do this had sort of thing, whether its one in seaside new jersey or in new york city .
