Investigators are waiting to interview the engineer who has been released from the hospital in order to get some insight into how this happened. The woman who died. Was killed by debris on the platform it actually sounded like a bomb went off. Never stopped. Investigators say the engineer has no previous infractions, medical episodes or criminal history.
