This started back on august 27th at about 11 45 on the block of las vegas boulevard and paycheckose. It was an escalated into the shooting which took the life of Muhammed Robinson a 31yearold man. He was transport today he later succumbed to his injuries. We identified a suspect alanzo perez who was arrested on August August 22nd. They arrested alanzo and brought him back to the detective bury where we took custody of him. At that time he was placed in an interview room, handcuffed to an unfamiliar to the within to my right, except its affixed with a half moon steel metal bar to handcuff a detainee, too. Alanzo has a cuff on his right hand and the other cuff is on the half moon pipe if you will. At 12 06 you will notice in the vide point using his body weight that he snaps the hinges. He positioned himself back at the desk at the table as if nothing happened. He keeps his wrists in place. Theres contact from one of the detectives 20, 25 minutes later. Hes still in position, nothing is noticed, we move on.
