It says olin manuel denied having a gun, and is not allowed to have one because hes on probation for a grand larceny arrest 2years ago. Manuel is facing charges for child abuse and neglect, as not supposed to. His son sincere, died on wound. The arrest report is calling his death an apparent suicide.
