They tried to drive jamal dean out of the country before getting busted. Some of the things judge mark bennett took into o nsideration when deciding the sentence for the two. Evettes was the top female member of the f13 gang in sioux city. Plus, she was involved in the shooting of a rival gang member. Esteban was not a gang member and didnt know jamal dean.
