S. District court in sioux city to unauthorized access to a protected computer. In a plea agreement, boyer admitted that in 2009 and 2010, he hacked computers at the storm lake school. Prosecutors say boyer was angry that he hadnt been promoted to become h hd of the Information Technology department. Boyer agreed to pay 100,000 in restitution. His sentencing date has not been set. The area with the most work being done is on the southbound floyd river bridge project. The iowa dot plans to open the southbound lane by midnovember and move southbound traffic back over to the proper lanes so that the northbound work can begin. And theres still a long road ahead.
