We normally dont have that big of an explosion down in lytton, said troy arndt, lytton fire chief. It was more of not a real big fireball explosion. It was more of a percussion explosion. It was an explosion that sent three people to the hospital. 34yearold earl moore of ohio was inside a large storage tank to patch a seam when the explosion occurred around six pm.
