You did willfully, unlawfully, maliciously and felonious torture and or adjust to maim, mutilate or kill a male pit bull puppy. Reporter frazier has been free on bail and in court she avoided the camera by pleading guilty she avoided trial. Had she been convicted she could have gotten eight year prison. Now but likely probation. But thats up to the judge. Mary jo frazier remains free on bail and as a condition of release she is not allowed any contact with animals.
