This is something that were a las vegas judge has made the Death Penalty official for lamar harris. He was convicted of shooting a driver to death on the strip which led to a crash that killed two other people. News 3s Craig Fiegener is live with more on the emotional reaction from the family of the victims. Craig . Reporter emotional indeed. Omar harris was given the Death Penalty today by a las vegas judge. Mostly a procedural hearing but its important nonetheless. 3 cig fiegener resulted in a car crash in which three people were killed. Omar harris was in court for the judge to officially deliver the Death Penalty to him. Before doing so she asked if he wanted to say anything. He said in a quiet voice, no maam. And with that the judge made the Death Penalty order official. He was also sentenced to a minimu the crime. A cabdriver who died in the crash said the Death Penalty is simply unfair because it takes to long. Nothing to him. All it means is he gets to go back to court and he gets to talk. He gets talk. He gets to breathe. He should be dead. You kill them, you kill them quick. Theres no dna evidence. Nothing to exonerate him.
