Dot Fujifilm dot com back on blues before sunrise Once again I'm Steve Cushing and we're listening to C.D.'s were picking track number 8 on everyone that we feature this week it's our 8 track show not to be confused with the old 8 track tape cartridges where you you know how many of you even remember those up but there's we've probably got a couple of generations now that have never seen those and they were in fact and I'm trying to think of what actually they're about as big as a Walkman in you put them in a player and you know how you got all the different tracks on a on a cd anywhere from from 8 to 26 well on this you have. 4 different programs and each program played I don't know 345 songs and it was a real awkward kind of a format and also that the tape was looped it came out from the front and then when it fed back into the tape cartridge it went into the center and that made the tapes wear out actually fairly quick so it was a format that didn't last very long as I said earlier on the program and I'm the genius who got rid of all of his records all of his rock and roll records and replace them all with 8 track tapes I think I must have had 300 before I began to realize that there really wasn't much of. It In any case we're not messing with that just going on at length about it all we're doing is picking the 8 track on each cd Here's little marble. We're. No doubt the cancer by. Our.
