Four kids were inside the home nobody was hurt, thankfully. This happened about 7 00 in the morning. It had mechanical problems and went down just past the runway. F. A. A. Says that the plane was on the way to Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport. Four people on board, picked out of the wreckage, brought down to the hospitals in phoenix. Police here expected the injuries for the folks on those planes would obviously be serious, but last we heard, they were all alive. Well take that as obviously very good news. There was no other damage on the ground, but you can see its amazing where this plane hit. Several places that there was wreckage broke apart on impact with four people inside the plane, but they are now all in phoenix area hospitals. Turning to political news, a judge issues a ruling in the arizona Congressional District 5, the only race not decided from our primary election last week, unofficial results from that election showing biggs on internet executive Christine Jones by nine votes. Thats where it was earlier today. Today the judge ordered the county to count 18 additional ballots in that race. Jones asked for an additional 300 to be counted. If nothing changes, we will be seeing a recount because its so close. The owners of a boarding facility where died are in court today, but first the owners are speaking out. Andrew hasbun has been in the courtroom all morning. Celeste, it has been an emotional day in the courtroom as the pet owners, dog owners get to talk to the judge and basically get to say whatever they want, whatever is on their mind. The hughes, todd and melissa, the owners of the boarding facility where 20 plus dogs died they are not going to have a felony on their record, according to this dale. They will serve 23 days in jail, 230 hours of xhufrs community service, and when they are finished they will be on probation for three years. Some of the pet owners dont feel that punishment is severe enough. While they have concluded some of their statements to the judge today, they have also asked the judge to impose a more significant sentence on the two people that they trusted to watch over their animals. Those animal found than 20 of them in a nine by 12 room. The pet owners were told the pets would never be locked up inside a room.
