Investigation, that it was closed again and the results were the same, local legal analyst james goodenou says if you thought this election couldnt get more contentious, you may have jumped the gun. I think the American People are probably scratching their heads right now. You have one camp thats already in clintons favor and another in favor of trump and those undecides james say comeys bombshell decision to reopen the investigation was due to the fact that he previously testified he would if both substantial and relevant evidence surfaced. And once hundreds of thousands of emails with a link to clinton were found on a laptop, Anthony Weiner shared with his now estranged wife huma abedin, he had to act quickly. Once this was revealed to the public, it was a huge firestorm. There was all kinds of political pressure on him and i think he realized, okay, i gotta do something about this really fast and marshaled probably hundreds emails and did it on really a lightning time fuse and as soon as he had the information, nothing new, he wanted to get that out and back to congress and really to the public. Now as the clock ticks on and the election is just 48 hours away, james says there is one question on everyones mind. I think the real question is will this permeate the consciousness of those undecided voters quickly enough or talking about one day for voters to process this information so im not sure how moving the needle. You will remember it was just on july 5 that comey announced while clinton and her staff were extremely careless in handling classified information via private email everybodier that clinton used while secretary of state, the fbi was recommending no charges be brought against her. Reporting live, marcy jones, fox 10 news. Now Hillary Clintons running mate tim kaineawaying in. He was at a Campaign Stop at the not surprised. I mean, i really felt like the original conclusion was so unequivocal after such a long investigation that when the surprise of the letter two fridays ago happened, i felt that was the conclusion they would reach. Hillary clinton did not comment on the announcement or talk about james comey during her earlier Campaign Stops today. And news that the fbi is clearing Hillary Clinton once again of any criminal wrong donald trump and his supporters tonight. Fox news carl cameron is following the Trump Campaign and he has that story. She is protected by a rigged system. She shouldnt even be allowed to run for president. Ill tell you right now. She is the most corrupt person ever to seek the presidency. Trump woke up in blue colorado and will end up in blue florida tonight. His first rally of five was sioux city, iowa, where but jump leads now. The gop seized on the latest email scandal. Hillary clinton was sending highly classified information through her maid who therefore had total access to this information. Trump has rallies in pennsylvania and virginia both democratic in 2012. He canceled a planned stop with House Speaker paul ryan to hit deep blue minnesota, a state that gop has not won for president in 44 years a trails clinton by 4. 6 points in the real clear politics of the poll. Refuses to campaign in minnesota so do you really want to a president who doesnt care enough about your vote that she never shows up . She never came here. Running mate mike pence appears on fox news sunday. Our campaign is expanding the map. We are on offense and the Clinton Campaign is literally on defense trying to shore up blue states around the country in the waning days of the campaign. Sarasota, florida, scranton, pennsylvania, manchester, New Hampshire and returns here to michigan where he is down in the average of recent polls. Trump suggested long lines for early voters around las vegas amount to democratic dirty tricks to boost latino turnout for clinton. Its being reported that certain key democratic polling locations in Clarke County were kept open for hours and hours beyond closing time to bust and bring democratic voters folks. Its a rigged system. Well, with the end of campaign 2016 in sight, the weekend was a flurry of candidates in their surrogates making a final case to voters. Spinning your head for sure of all of the people in town and in the state, dr. Ben carson stumping for donald trump in phoenix yesterday. This morning senator Bernie Sanders hit the campaign trail for Hillary Clinton. And he was at a local high school right here in phoenix. The story. Thats right. They are really going at it this week. We have seen people coming day after day rallying for clinton and trump. Its the battle for what could potentially be a swing state. Bernie sanders today touching on minimum wage, health care and societal issues a crowd packed the auditorium at central Phoenix High School and they certainly brought the energy needed. Senator Bernie Sanders [cheers and applause] the crowd couldnt have been any louder. Hundreds packing high gymnasium and going wild as they get ready to hear from senator Bernie Sanders. And the way i see it, is hillary will win if the voter turnout is high. She will lose if the voter turnout is low. Lets make sure that arizona has the highest voter turnout in its history. And the question is could arizona voters flip the state from red to blue . Some say thats not likely but bernie supporters say they got a can get. I would like to seat state turn blue. Bernie sanders touching on a society ran by billionaires. Today we tell those billionaires we will fight to retain democracy. Sanders also taking a couple of jabs at donald trump. Tenuously insults women and is proud of his assaults on women. Supporters leaving todays event with what they called renewed energy. I believe its coming together. We are diverse country and we shouldnt be separated and come together, man. I think its really important election. More than any other thats ever been. And democratic candidate for Maricopa County recorder adrian fontez made an appearance speaking for the crowd and reminding them again to make sure they are encouraging others to vote, too. Two days, guys. Arizona congressman trent franks weighing in today on Bernie Sanders visit. The republican sent a statement saying, quote, Bernie Sanders spending the final hours of his campaign trying to manufacture enthusiasm for Hillary Clinton but arizonans arent buying it. Threat of an election day cyber attack has prompted 48 states to ask the Homeland Security for help. Secretary jeh johnson and other experts insist that the chance of a hack altering the outcome . Of the election is slim. I have a lot of confidence in the integrity of our ballot counting process. I have a lot of confidence in the security in cybersecurity around the process run by state and local election officials. Part of the reason for that confidence has to do with the fact that most Voting Machines are not connected to the internet. Nor are they connected to each other. Each state runs their own operations with different kinds of Voting Machines. Experts say it will be almost impossible for hackers to breach them all nationwide simultaneously. But hackers could still cause plenty ever trouble. An electorate thats this divided. Cybersecurity experts say their biggest fear is hackers instilling chaos into a system where there is tremendous mistrust between republicans and democrats. They disrupt the reporting of information people will imply from that you cant trust the results even though not a single vote is changed they will say you cant trust the results. And the biggest threat for the average american is hackers gaining access to voter databases and thus their personal information.
