These doors will not be reopening leaving loots lots of students concerned about their educational future. The doors are locked. Reporter the student who didnt want us to identify him came to the campus today to try to get answers. I got an type of situation going on. Reporter the email stating that the college that has 130 campuses across the nation was banned by the u. S. Department of education from enrolling students who use final aid. I. T. T. Was making most of its money from that aid. The school says it will not offer its September Quarter and is eliminating the positions of most of its 8,000 employees. What do you think i said . Man, no more school because quarter starts september 12, next week. They said those classes have been suspended. The first thing i started thinking was, damn, what am i going to do for school . Reporter many students left with more questions than answers. I dont know what to do about my transcripts or anything. I dont know how that will affect me going to another school because i want to continue going to school to get my fouryear degree. This is a storm that keeps on giving. The storm first hit the bringing heavy rain. Youre looking at the aftermath and minor damage to the resorttown region. The hurricane blamed for at least three deaths. The storm is moving north and will make a second landfall in mexico. As you can see, the path it is going to take, it takes the little turn south of phoenix and heads over into new mexico at that point. We will track it here as we get another look at that 75 miles an by the time it gets in here wednesday, it will be into the state by wednesday. You can see it is south of phoenix but it will only have 35 miles an hour winds. This is thursday at 5 00. As we put that into progress that zooms through here. A suspect eluding officers for nearly 45 minutes after a robbery at a west valley bank. The suspect pulled into the alle backyard of the home before taking off again. The chase came to an end right here when the officers spun the vehicle and jumped out with their guns drawn and opened fire on the suspect. Yeah, the bank robber was later pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people in custody and the bizarre chase that detectives are still trying to piece together at this hour. Firefighters rescue an injured hiker from camelback mountain. The man was about twothirds up the way of the choya trail. He was flown off of the trail and taken to the hospital in stable condition. In tucson, a barking dog alerts a sleeping family to a fire in their home. A woman opened the door to see the carport engulfed in flames. She woke up three of her family members. They got out safely. Teacher accused of having sexual relations with boys less than half her age takes the stand in her trial. Police say march 21,2015, she was at a bar mitzvah at her bosss house. Sex offender registries. Brock turner may be out of jail but that was only part of his punishment. Today, he registered as a sex offender in ohio where he is living with his parents. Turner was convicted in march for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman at a frat party last year. He was sentenced to only six months in jail and only served i cant let it interfere with my life or my daughters life. We have to be cautious of what is around us and go on with our lives. Jacobs law is why turner will have to register with local authorities after 90 days. He will be registered as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
