A man wakes up to find intruders in his home. He opens fire forcing the bad guys to take off. Reporter a Home Invasion with shots fired followed by a Policeman Police manhunt. 3 30 when the helicopter started flying around the area. Reporter he livings a few houses down from the Home Invasion. Surprising stuff going on. Reporter once Phoenix Police arrived at the home, officers rescued the man who confronted the intruders, along with his 9yearold daughter. Castro called police to see if there was anything he should be they said just stay in the house and lock your doors and if you see anything, call 911. Reporter officers scoured the neighborhood but did not find the men who broke into the house. A peace of the neighborhood was shaken. Nothing is 100 so you have to be on the lookout. Police tell us a man and woman who have a daughter together got into a fight near 40th avenue and mcdowell. At some point, the man tried to run over the woman, according to police, while he was holding her 3yearold child. A witness was disturbed by it and opened fire wounding the suspect. The witness took off without the suspect is being treated for the gunshot wound. A 16yearold is killed by a driver trying to get away from police. The accident happening in minneapolis. Officers tried to stop the driver who was driving recklessly but the driver hit 16yearold diana ivette garciaalvarado. She did not survive. Repo the mother of a minnesota boy whose remains were found over the weekend, nearly 30 years after he was kidnapped released a statement today. Jacob was 11 years old when he disappeared while riding a bike. A person of interest led him to his remains.
