This is interesting because its creating a lot of jobs and health at the same time. So a lot of people want to know, who are these people . What are the statistics . How are they part of the Overall Community . And the stats are not exactly great. As with a lot of new industries, the focus is more on profit than people. When you look at the statistics and it shows 70 are male and 50 to 60 are white, and africanamericans are in the single digits, and people wonder how diverse is this . I think the sales force talked about trying to increase the High School Level by investing in Computer Sciences working without with with outreach groups. But its not just the pipeline and the mentoring. Its about how to create a culture, and it starts in ways at the venture capitol level. You have a a lot of of venture capitol telling folks i want you to do this and do it my way. Do it like me and people who look like me. Exactly. One thing that was not mentioned was age. Yeah. Thats another thing, and thats the important factor in two ways, 1, because in this economy, older people are not getting hired as much. That will resonate a lot with a lot of people, and secondly, one of the interesting demographic characteristics of the millennial generation is that they are they believe they are in a postracial society and race doesnt matter. At the same time, therefore, they dont believe in anything that would be seen as a traditional affirmative action, a raceconscious preference, anything like that. So that builtin resistance could pose challenges going forward. Lets turn our attention to the latest news with say the senator leland yee, new charges brought forth in racketeering. What does this mean . Its really bad news for the state senator. They have expanded the number of counts to include a rico, racketeering charge, and in what i single an interesting move is they say his mayoral and Senate Campaign were criminal enterprises used to solicit illegal contributions and they drop in one line that he benefited personally from it had had never been uttered before. And basically, what they are saying they are alleging that he told groups a bill that you care about will die in my committee unless you pay me money in terms of contributions to get it through. What do you think will happen to all the charges . Once the charges are made and the time they go to trial, a lot of them get dropped. This trial will not happen any time soon. I think earliest sometime next year. There will be a lot of dealing going on i mean, one of the reasons we put a lot of charges up front is he wants people to rollover on other people. Between now and then, there be a game of trying to find out what evidence the government has. And its very specific. But at the same time, its going to determine what your Co Defendants will do and whether or not you can rollover on them and make a deal for yourself. A lot of maneuvering going on over the next year or so . A lot of cooperate raising and backfighting as well. Michael, thank you very and backfighting as well.
