The city of san bruno settling a lawsuit on friday over documents related to the 2010 deadly pipeline explosion. About 7,000 documents were received from the Public Utilities commission. This is interesting because its creating a lot of jobs and health at the same time. So a lot of people want to know, who are these people . What are the statistics . How are they part of the Overall Community . And the stats are not exactly great. As with a lot of new industries, the focus is more on profit than people. When you look at the statistics and it shows 70 are male and 50 to 60 are white, and africanamericans are in the single digits, and people wonder how diverse is this . Especially to an via that provided itself on being post millennial. Up from the streak. Exactly. That whole thing, and yet t behaves very much like the old america. You are a member of the Civil Rights Commission and this hits home more closely to you. What do you think the tech via should be doing . Its interesting. They have been saying a lot of good things. And basically, what they are saying they are alleging that he told groups a bill that you care about will die in my committee unless you pay me money in terms of contributions to get it through. What do you think will happen to all the charges . Once the charges are made and the time they go to trial, a lot of them get dropped. This trial will not happen any time soon. I think earliest sometime next year. There will be a lot of dealing going on i mean, one of the reasons we put a lot of charges up front is he wants people to rollover on other people. Between now and then, there be a game of trying to find out what evidence the government has. And its very specific. But at the same time, its going to determine what your Co Defendants will do and whether or not you can rollover on them and make a deal for yourself. A man and woman suffered burns and were taken to the hospital. Officials say that the woman had burns to 40 of her body and the man had burns to his arms. No word on their current conditions. The cause is under investigation. Police say that a man kayaking on the Russian River drowned saturday afternoon at about 4 00 near a family campground. Witnesses called police after seeing a twoperson kayak capsize. Crews performed cpr on the man but they were unable to resuscitated him.
