Investigators in Eastern Ukraine trying to collect evidence and piece together what happened as a surface to air muscle downed Malaysia Flight 17 killing all 293 people on board. Getting access to the site is proving difficult. Mike is in the news room with that. We are getting a better look at the crash site that stretches upwards of 9 miles in Eastern Ukraine. We have seen laptops, books and beach sandals, perhaps for a planned vacation. While were looking at the scene, investigators are not Getting Better access. Delegates from the organization of cooperation and safety in europe arrived today at the crash site, thought the rebel leaders would allow access but thats not the case. The rebels allowed them only a brief view of the site as there are fears that bodies and belongings are left in the field unguarded. They are trying to secure the site and they are running out of time. We are very concerned about the work at the site. We need to retrieve the human remains as quickly as we can. They are stuck in the field of uncertainty. Officials still dont know where the planes two black boxes are located. I understand there are reports that russia is involved in tampering with the crash site too. This is a back and forth between ukraine examine russia. Russia is helping destroy evidence and tamper with the site. They allege that the rebels have removed 38 bodies from the crash site. Thats mike pelton reporting from the news room. Developing news this morning, one woman was killed, four other people injured in a crash friday morning in sunnyvale. The chp says the driver was arrested on suspension of drunk driving. The driver was driving northbound on highway 101 near lawrence expressway around 2 00 a. M. On friday. The car went off the road and landed on its side in an embankment. Speed and alcohol are factors in the crash. No one in the car was wearing seat belts at the time. Officers say there are many lessons to be learned from this crash. Number one, slow down. Number two, when you get in a car, put your seat belt on always. And number three and the most important thing is never drink and drive. Authorities believe the people in the car were celebrating the birthday of one of the passengers. A doctor is out on bail after he was arrested for shooting a man in a road rage incident on thursday. Police say 71yearold james simon shot a man twice after simon pulled into his driveway and the driver of the other car followed him. The shooting happened after an argument that began when one of the men cut off the other in traffic on thursday. The man who was shot is hospitalized with serious injuries. No word on his condition this morning. A man in palo alto allegedly followed a woman into a public restroom there and took a photograph while she was in one of the stalls. Reporter Palo Alto Police say it happened here in the womens restroom in the a wing of the Community Center just after 8 00 thursday women. The victim, a woman in her 20s was sitting inside of a stall when police say the suspected photographer also believed to be a man in his 20s walked in and sat in the stall next to the woman. She tells police that she noticed right away that the person was wearing mens jeans and hiking boots. Police say the two were the only ones inside the restroom at the time. Moments after the man took a seat, police say he held his cell phone underneath the dividing wall and took a picture of the woman while she was sitting on the toilet. She then yelled at the man and thats when he ran off, towards the main gym. An understandably alarming story for people who frequent this Community Center. Here in the bay area with humidity up, we are looking at a pretty sticky weather over the next couple of days. Slight chance really only exists tomorrow morning. Investigators in eastern youre crane trying to select evidence and piece together exactly what happened after Officials Say a surface to air missile downed malaysian flight 17 thursday, killing all 298 people on board. This morning, just getting access to the site is proving difficult. Kron 4 mike pelton is in the news room with that story. Its a new day and new allegations of tampering at the site. Officials accused russia with tampering with the scene and claim that the rebels already removed 38 bodies from the site. This came after limited access to the site in ukraine. They arrived at the scene and thought rebel leaders would allow them access but found that was not the case. The rebels are giving them limited and brief opportunities to view the wreckage as concerns grow over possible tampering and fears that bodies and belongings are left in the field unguarded. The transport minister says this is far from a secure scene. We are very concerned about the work at the site. We need to retrieve the human remains as fast as we can. As investigators continue attempts to access the site, they are stuck in a field of uncertainty. Officials still dont know exactly where the planes two black boxes are located but we are seeing more video of items left behind in the crash, laptops, suitcases even beach sandals are littered across the field that stretches as far as eight square miles. Now the Department Says he took the action to save the womans life. The deputy stopped the assault but was forced to open fire when milton tried to run down the deputy and the woman with his car. The assault is in progress and the deputy is witnessing this. He is seeing this woman get hit by a large man and she is not a very big woman. She is a small woman. Colonel didnt know that tichelman had reportedly been hired by the married google executive for sex. She told him she was going to santa cruz to meet some friends. But at 3 00 or 4 00 in the morning, tichelman called him up sounding frantic, saying a former High School Friend invited her aboard the yacht when the people she was with did hard core drugs that made her uncomfortable and caused her to leave. Police say that tichelman put the heroin into the google executives arm and she was frantic as she stepped over the body leaving sipping wine. Her Attorney Says she had no reason to kill hayes because of all of the money he was paying her. Her ex boyfriend says that he hung out with his then girlfriend the day after hayes death. She seemed fine but a little shaken. During the course of their 7 month relationship, colonel says the two talked about her former boyfriend dean who also died of a heroin overdose in september of 2013, a case now being reexamined by police.
