clock. want to pass that to friday? at one 30, we have the chance again for some more rain and maybe even some snow in the mountains. but as take a look at those totals, you can see we're getting excited about that. we've got always get rain. we're going to excited. we like that music to go with the rain. you can see we're going to see less than a half an inch of rain for the most of the area. and this model is actually pretty aggressive. so i'm just going to say we have the potential for a sprinkle or 2 on tuesday, maybe even friday. this model is still we're kind of far out. but i always these places, the north we're at 32 are below with those freezing temperatures. not to mention some places are going to be foggy. so we are going to watch for some patchy ice on the roadways to make sure to wake up with us in the morning will stay connected to make sure you're prepared throughout the day because solano county has a dense fog advisory. again, that starts tonight at 11 is going to stay that way until tomorrow at 11:00am current temperatures are going to show for tomorrow. we're going to stay right there. and average for the most part. >> we're going to be in the 50's. you can see right here for most of the region, half moon bay. 57 to the north. we're going to get out of those freezing temperatures are going to hop up to 57 antioch. 57 livermore. 57 so upper 50's for most of the region. your 7 day forecast again showing you tomorrow. we're gonna so watch for that dense fog advisory. the potential for a sprinkle or 2. at least that's what models are showing monday night into tuesday. and then again on friday. so right before christmas. and then right before christmas, we had a potential for more rain. so okay, a lot to take in now will have to. >> that big old bun is a plan. the california air resources board approved this week that among other things seeks to put the state on a path to carbon neutrality by 2045. we need to take action. >> california is showing the way for the rest of the country. bill mcgovern, with the coalition for clean air overall supports the plan. a plan that come 2030 is calling on the state to cut greenhouse gas emissions by 48% below 1990, levels. >> the plan also puts forth a goal come 2045 to reduce the state's use of oil, specifically liquid petroleum fuel. like 94%. also included a call for the agricultural and livestock industries to reduce methane by more than 60% over the next 20 years. and for all new residential and commercial buildings to be powered by electric appliances before the next decade. it all comes just months after the state set a goal to ban the sale of new gas-powered cars by 2035. state officials say to achieve all of the goals over the next 2 decades, california will need to see about 30 times more electric vehicles on the roads. 4 times more solar and wind generation capacity and 6 times more electric appliances across councils. we need to listen to what >> scientists are telling us, which is we absolutely need to move quickly. to reduce the threat of catastrophic global warming. we're already seeing devastating impacts in california. it's a message long echoed by the governor. know economy much less. the 4th largest. >> in the world has ever taken such aggressive climate action. what i see here is a plan that's not realistic is not a good plan for any california. and kara green is with the western states petroleum association. the state wants to have a complete phase out of oil and gas. and at the same time, they want tremendous innovation and acceleration from lots of different industries and state agencies. >> and they want people to voluntarily go out and buy $60,000 electric vehicles in the next few years. and so that's not realistic to me. >> and the air
