for dogs at 21 sites. the dog owners are happy, it today hundreds of them rallied against the federal proposal. they want to let their dog stretch their legs while at the park such as ocean beach, christie field and fort mason. the park service said these changes are needed because a visitor conflicts with dogs and parts been run down by pets. nicole was at today's march and she explains why
