day to process the fact that jimmy g will miss the rest of the season with a broken left foot. and there's not much there's not as much doom and gloom as i thought mainly because jimmy g was in the building today and brought up everyone's moved just a day after breaking his foot. but also because the niners they're coming off of that win against the dolphins and their rookie quarterback brock purdy. he played pretty well. this niners team is built to win regardless of who is under center and well, everyone still feels for jimmy g. there's still a huge amount of confidence that this squad can accomplish big things this season. >> jimmy came in a day and i was up the positive about all that but is the big deal is her but it's good to see him today. just being positive and deal to give him a hug and stuff like that. all the guys rts coming back from which will be a come back. no problem that we've got a really good team has. >> worked our butts off to get in this position. we're at now and we've got a lot more football of them. i know it's it's a real big all lost started with trey. but then the josh was in jimmy last night that is a big deal. also know it. well, i do also be urging is go for this and we're going go out there, play football the best we can every that's what we've done so far and that we're going continue to do looking forward and i'm winning. i look at brock in that position. i think anyone has seen brought in this building. what's the brock in a position know what they differently that we have all. >> if you a bill for you'll get killed for tyrese, haliburton. he didn't play tonight. he's their best player. he has an injury, but i was talking to him before the game. tyrese, haliburton and brock purdy. the forty-niners quarterback. they went to school together. they both were freshman and sophomore that iowa state together. halliburton left iowa state after a sophomore year. but tyrese told me they became really close friends and he was actually want to wear brock purdy jersey to the game tonight, but it didn't arrive in time. but i asked him how should forty-niners fans feel about broc going forward? he said one thing about broc. you will always be ready for a challenge and he will never be too scared of the moment. so i guess that music the forty-niners fans ears. but that is all i have here from chase center reporting
