Sick and disgusting are two words that could be used to describe the accusations here. 50 year old timothy marble is the suspect who will face a judge tomorrow. Deputies say it was actually marble that called them in bodega bay saying a passenger had jumped out of his vehicle as it was moving. Deputies then found a 13 Year Old Girl hiding in the bushes. She told authories that marble had raped her. Saying she ran away from home on thursday and was picked up by marble at a shell gas station in napa in the middle of the night. An arrest report says marble tied the girl to a tree in the country and sexually assaulted her. Detectives say marble carved his name into the girls skin with a knife and convinced her to take meth, which he injected into her. Marble will face a Sonoma County judge tomorrow afternoon. For allegedly exposing himself to a woman in a parking lot. grant police now also believe the suspect was involved in a relationship with an underage girl. When the woman yelled for help, yamagata drove away. Police arrived on scene a short time later and as they were talking with the victim, they received reports that a man matching yamagatas description was bothering another woman just a few blocks away. Sot following his arrest, police searched yamagatas car and found a methamphetamine pipe. They also discovered identification belonging to female minor. Sot says low and behold, turned out to be the suspect in a case that involved an inappropriate relationship with a minor. Ella do these cars have anything in common . Alameda police say all eight of the cars stolen within that week were either a chevy or a honda. The hondas were said to be from the 90s or early 2000s. These cars were all taken from residential neighborhoods within 5 to ten minutes away from one another. Neighbors in the area were upset to find people in what they say is a nice city are being targeted. The cars were stolen between march 22nd and march 29th at all hours of the day. 7 of the 8 have been found. One victim believes these stolen cars are being used to committ crime.
