Just last month a Traffic Accident occurred in marin county. The drivers discovered skeletal remains over an embankment. Which were later determined to be that of bailly. The search is on for a suspect wanted in the murder of a san leandro man. Detectives are interviewing witnesses about what may have led to the brutal crime. For most of the day, crime scene investigators were out in front of the home on the 1600 block of selborne drive in san leandro. A spokesperson with the Alameda CountySheriffs Department says, the victim is a 41 year old man. It is believed that the homicide happened after a fight. Deputies say, they have Surveillance Video from residents which lead them to a vehicle. The suspect has not yet been caught. steve murder charges have been filed against one of the three people arrested in connection with the latest deadly shooting along interstate 80 in richmond. 24yearold Elliott Johnson made his First Court Appearance today. His arraignment was pushed back to next thursday. Two 17year olds are also in custody for the murder. Demarcus doss step father spoke out at the hearing today. People stood up and said something. Charles, will the search continue tonight . No, the Marine Mammal center spent a good part of the afternoon trying to catch this sea lion but they have stopped for the night. Tuesday morning, vacaville resident ross mobbley snapped this picture of a sea lion sunning itself in an Irrigation Canal just outside town. Ross cant recall a sea lion ever being spotted this far inland. Sot vacaville. Gotta be a first. Worried that the animal might not make it back to the delta on its own, Solano County authorities contacted the Marine Mammal center in sausalito. They sent a team to investigate but, according to witnesses,just before they arrived the sea lion climbed into this large culvert and hasnt been seen since. As small crowd gathered to watch the proceeding, the mamal center team spent several hours trying to coax the sea lion out by Running Water through the culvert and using air horns. Their plan was to sedate the animal and load it into this truck and take it back to open water. Unfortunately, by sunset the sea lion had not reappeared and the rescue team decided to call it a day. Dejuan hall is charged with 4 counts of resisting an officer and one count of battery on an officer. The police chief in vallejo has not yet named the officer in question. Who police say forced his way into a home and sexually assaulted a woman. Napa police say they later identified that man as Lester Morris ivy. Investigators say ivy was selling magazines door to door. Hes then accused of entering a womans home uninvited. Sexually assaulting her and threatening her. He was later arrested for burglary and sexual battery. The victim was treated at a local hospital. Dozens of people in the south bay are still without a home tonight after last months flooding in san jose. And the city finds itself scrambling to do something about it. San jose has declared a shelter crisis. The declaration is designed to aid victims of last months flooding along coyote creek. As many as 180 flood impacted individuals have been staying at the seven Trees Community center in south san jose. Since it opened last month. The Recovery Period from the floods. Is taking much longer than expected. As a result, the San Jose City council is expected to adopt a formal resolution declaring whats known as a shelter crisis. that will allow flood victims to stay here. Until the end of may. < . We have a lot of people displaced by the flood, some temporarily, some may not be able to go home any time soon. So we want to make sure we transition all of them back to a safe, stable environment. as many as 500 flood impacted homes still have restricted access.
