Reporter the Alameda CountySheriffs Office is looking for 46yearold feng mi. They say so far they been able to reach him. There is a history of the Domestic Violence at the house. Weve responded to several calls there over the past few years. Reporter the Sheriffs Office says it appears the latest incident resulted in the murder of the mother of this mans two young daughters. The coroner has identified the victim as 46yearold yunyi zhang. Reporter one gun was found in the home, the other missing. And thats the one the Sheriffs Office believes may have been used to commit the crime. Investigators are considering mi to be armed and dangerous. Reporter luckett said they havent been able to reach mi on his cell phone. He has not tried calling his daughters either. Actually had the service, they buried the girl. They brought the little girls back out, brought my nephew in. Switched caskets. He took the casket out, put it in the hearse. Reporter as family members continue to snap pictures and take video of whats happening, they say elijah bell staffers made an intensive request. They werent sure the baby was ours and they had open the casket and verify the babies. Reporter we confronted elijah bell, the owner of the business but he did not want to comment on camera. He did tell us every story has two side. He says the original casket was empty which is how the family says it feels mourning the loss of a child in a mistake that marred his memorial. They are fully insured up to a million dollars, them and anyone they might injure. Uber said they might cover with this milliondollar insurance from the time they accept on their road, on the way to the ride, picking them up and all the way through dropping them off them off. The luis medical expenses are approaching 500,000 but they have only been offered 15,000 from the drivers personal auto insurance. That money obviously doesnt really even cover her funeral expenses. Reporter this gap in insurance the time in between rides has been under fire. So uber has stepped up and is now covering their drivers with 50,000 injury insurance from the time they are logged into the uber app waiting for a ride to the time they are logged out of the app and unavailable. So this covers the gap of insurance. Basically, the ege tire time a the entire time a driver is contracting for uber, accepting rides, waiting for kids, giving ride, they are now covered by uber insurance. This is a big deal. Uber is the first Ride Share Company to offer this type of gap insurance. Hopefully, the other Ride Share Companies like lyft will follow suit. However, the lui family who has experience being hit by an uber driver in between rides says the 50,000 is not enough and the inbetween time should be covered with the milliondollar policy.
