fire that injured about 20 people at a restaurant was apparently caused by trash compactors that somehow ignited. the fire broke out a little bit before 9:00 p.m. last night at the franciscan towers were injured including four were taken to hospital. budget woes are forcing caltrans officials to raise commuter fares and cut service. after warnings last month, cal train scrap the worst of its
