>> the usgs website has some maps, were looking at a map you could see that big red got to that's where the earthquake took place near the city of seven trees as we said. the woman took a look at the shape map he could see its highly colored any could see that start in the middle showing that about 13 mi. east of san jose city hall that's where the epicenter is. you'd see the turquoise color that's light to moderate shaking. has that live spreads out through the bay area that light shading means that there were a little bit of shaking taking place all around the bay area we felt it here in san francisco, people all over calling in letting us know forcing a lot of tweeds saying people spelt the shaking they were unsure what was the first. they're really putting a lot of tweeds in going on facebook in talking about their experience. do the same at over kron 4 facebook and twitter page to let us know what she felt that if you've been experiencing damage. >> again worst thing on top of this and getting feedback from our view urgeviewers. helln you hear us? >> i don't know what you're talking about that is news to me. >> not true then? >> that's right. >> will us do this, how close were you going back to stanford? >> it was a process this week, it started when we got back from the ball game. i believe i had some opportunities both in college and from proteins and i was excited about it is tougher to leave stanford than anything but, because of the relationship i have with the university of what the players that are with the team. like i said, on one level that was extremely difficult. on another level coaching the national football league for the forty-niners in the competitive opportunity. that that brings is what made my mind up. >> it's a great story 31 years ago geddes' father harbors bill walsh away from stamford and of course the forty-niners became one of pro football's legendary franchises. i know you have a relationship with coach walsh, can you describe the relationship and what he is mad your career? >> first of all comparisons to jim walsh are a long way off i have a tremendous amount of work ahead of me. before that could never be said to compare. i have the greatest respect for bill walsh demand, the person he is in the integrity has and the coach. i had the chance to get to know him were really well when i took the stanford job and i looked at his picture every day i've had the sense that he's been looking down over our program. i wish she was here right now, he's the greatest of like said it's with great humility please don't compare. >> your quarterback for 15 years in the lake gulls one assistant coach along the way for mr. davis and oakland i'd be curious what you change your style working at the college level to now being head coach in the pros in any regard? >> there's things that may change but there's things that are going to change and the fact that love football and coaching. you've got to bring a lot of energy to both college and pro. and i don't think the enthusiasm will drop off any bad at all because i could feel the enthusiasm coursing through my veins right >> what influence did your wife have on this decision jim?
