more than 1000 child care service workers and the families whose support in need them held a rally in downtown oakland. they're demanding these programs remain funded. the regional director one of the passed. we served almost 3002 children every year but their primary source of funding is the state and we haven't been paid since july 1st. all of us are here to advocate for the passage of a fair budget. of the budget is not passed, that if it's passed does not include child development services 3000 children will be without preschool and more portly their families will not able to work or go to school. this would not be a cost saving to the state because all those families and this would be on unemployment are back on welfare. the emperor structure will supporter state later on for every
