But they didnt San FranciscoPolice Officials say uniformed and plainclothes officers were conducting a citywide, although burglary and robbery abatement operation. Investigators say within a 3 hour window sfpd received 6 auto burglary related calls involving the description of the same suspect vehicle. In each case that vehicle was spotted just after 03 00pm at Market Street in octavia, sfpd. Officials say their officers followed the vehicle onto the freeway. It suddenly stopped on the shoulder and all 3 suspects took off running. Police say that is what youre seeing here. And this bystander cellphone and get him. Investigators say one suspect was allegedly armed with a gun which he threw on to the ground. While addition covering that weapon, sfpd officers secured the vehicle which they say was stolen inside the vehicle. Officers say they found an additional firearm burglary tools and personal property allegedly stolen during the auto burglary spree to adult suspects. And one juvenile were arrested. 22 yearold Jonathan Joseph caruso of San Francisco was booked on possession of a loaded firearm. Multiple charges related to the auto burglaries was also wanted on an arrest warrant out of pittsburgh. Also arrested for allegedly driving a stolen vehicle was 18 yearold Angel Herrera from pacifica and a 17 yearold juvenile from antioch was cited for charges related to the auto burglaries and released to his mother.
