Who took over as principal at the school in fremont at the end of the 2013 school year. And, has remained in charge ever since. she makes us feel like we have to feel ashamed in ourselves. Phillipe this group of current students and parents at mattos. As well as former teachers, are among the 106 people who have signed a petition, stating that the school once known for positive and strong leadership, has morphed into a culture of belittling and bullying. we have a large attrition of teachers who have left due to medical reasons. Phillipe one former teacher telling kron four offcamera that muzaferys attitude caused so much stress. A doctor wouldnt allow her to return to work. Shes since transferred to another school in the district. Still, not all are against her. she has been an intelligent, professional driven principal who has worked very hard for our students. Phillipe at a school Board Meeting, during the Public Comments section, at least a dozen people spoke out against muzafery. But three spoke in favor. during my time there, i worked with no one more fair than mrs. Muzafery. Shes only doing her job. Phillipe those in support say muzafery has helped improved the ciriculum, especially in science. But that doesnt fall in line with the experiences of others. we just kinda try to avoid her and not be around her. Phillipe we gave mrs. Muzafery an opportunity to address these concerns, but she has yet to reply. The School District says it cannot comment on personel matters.
