The 15yearold girl was last seen walking towards a bus stop on her way to school. The richmond man convicted of holding a female relative as a sex slave for over a decade, learned his sentence today. 22 years for raul ochoa. He had pleaded guilty to a long list of charges earlier this month. Prosecutors say, the abuse on his relative started when the victim was just 12 years old. She was kept out of school.
