In connecticut, federal investigators are piecing together a plane crash that killed four people friday. It crashed upside down into several homes and burst into flames. It is believed two children ages 13 rand one years old were killed inside the house. A lead investigator says Traffic Controllers made contact with the pilot moments before the plane went down.
